Who is this article for?

  • Store Managers & Owners setting up digital sales channels and web storefront branding.
  • Marketing & E-Commerce Administrators managing online store themes, promotional banners, and visual layouts.

About Delivery Integration

Establishing a public web storefront allows EPOS360 merchants to capture self-service Dine-in and Pick-up orders directly from customer web browsers. Using built-in AI branding tools and granular layout customization, you can design, brand, and launch a branded digital menu without external graphic design software.

Before you begin

  • Ensure your menu items, categories, and inventory items are uploaded and configured in the EPOS360 back office.
  • Verify that your store name and business identity are correctly registered in account settings, as the AI Business Assistant uses this data to generate logos and banners.
  • Clicking Publish Now immediately pushes all saved themes, logos, and layout configurations live across all active digital sales channels. Preview all branding assets before completing the publishing sequence.
