Make sure you have the following details ready before starting
your merchant registration

Business SSM Number

Bank Account Information

(account number, bank name)

Merchant Registration on Touch ‘n Go eWallet App

Follow these steps to register as a merchant

Follow these steps to register as a merchant

1. Go to the TNG App Homepage

2.Under My Favourites, tap Merchant Drawer

3.Tap Dashboard

4.On the onboarding page, tap Apply Now

5.Select your Business Industry

6.Select your Business Type

7.Select your Annual Revenue

8.Choose Yes / No for whether your business is SSM-registered

9.Enter your SSM Number

10.Fill in your Bank Details

11.Provide your Outlet Information (name, email, address)

12.Review and confirm your information

13.Submit your registration

✅ Processing Time: Your merchant dashboard will be ready within 24 hours

Follow the steps below to activate your
BlueTap device using the Touch ’n Go eWallet app.

Activation Steps

Open the Touch ‘n Go eWallet app on your mobile phone
Open the QR code scanner

Scan the QR code located on the bottom of the device

Activation Steps

Activate the Soundbox
Click “Activate” and then choose your connection method.

Connection Successful

Your soundbox has successfully connected to your Touch ‘n Go eWallet app.

Open the QR code scanner

Scan the QR code located on the bottom of the device

Activate the Soundbox
Click “Activate” and then choose your connection method.

Open the Touch ’n Go eWallet app and tap your Profile icon

Tips

  • Hold the QR code steady and ensure good lighting for faster scanning
  • Make sure your phone is already connected to the Wi-Fi network
  • No password entry is required when using the QR code method

Network Connection

Method 1:

SIM Card

1. Insert SIM Card

On the bottom of the device, open the SIM cover and insert the SIM card following the image

2. Power On

Hold the power button for 3 seconds until the device announces “Network Connecting”

3. Connection Successful

The device will announce “Network Connected” once successful.

Method 2:

WIFI

1. Enter Pairing Mode

After powering on the device, hold the “+” button for 3 seconds.

2. Connect Hotspot

In the Wi-Fi settings of your mobile phone, connect to Soundbox hotspot (e.g., EPOS360-S1-123)

3. Configure Network

Select the Wi-Fi and enter the password

4. Switch Network

Hold the Replay button for 3 seconds to switch network.
