The Series 1 Soundbox is a smart audio alert device that provides instant voice notifications for successful payments.

Yes, all successful payments trigger an automatic voice announcement as long as the device has an internet connection.

The Series 1 Soundbox, a user guide, and a USB-C charging cable.

The bundle retails at RM172 (promo price) or RM202 (usual price) and will include the Series 1 Soundbox and a pre-installed SIM card. The SIM card comes with dual-network coverage and a validity period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

The Series 1 Soundbox gives you access to the EPOS360 Mini Programme in the Touch ‘n Go merchant mini-app. With EPOS360, you can track sales in real time and manage daily operations on the go.
Together, Series 1 Soundbox and EPOS360 provide a unified POS and payments platform.

2. Connectivity & Setup

Yes, you can choose from three languages (English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese) and five volume levels.

The device is flexible; you can use a 4G SIM card for mobile connectivity or connect directly to a local Wi-Fi network.

By default, the device does not include a SIM card; you would need to provide your own. However, we recommend our Series 1 Soundbox + SIM bundle, which includes a pre-installed SIM with 12 months of dual-network coverage, ready to use right out of the box.
