Merchant Onboarding Guide
Before You Start
Information to Prepare
Make sure you have the following details ready before starting
your merchant registration
Merchant Registration on Touch ‘n Go
Follow these steps to register as a merchant
1. Go to the TNG App Homepage
2.Under My Favourites, tap Merchant Drawer
3.Tap Dashboard
4.On the onboarding page, tap Apply Now
5.Select your Business Industry
6.Select your Business Type
7.Select your Annual Revenue
8.Choose Yes / No for whether your business is SSM-registered
9.Enter your SSM Number
10.Fill in your Bank Details
11.Provide your Outlet Information (name, email, address)
12.Review and confirm your information
13.Submit your registration
✅ Processing Time: Your merchant dashboard will be ready within 24 hours

to Wi-Fi Using a QR Code
Tips
- Hold the QR code steady and ensure good lighting for faster scanning
- Make sure your phone is already connected to the Wi-Fi network
- No password entry is required when using the QR code method
Step-by-Step Guide
Android Devices
Open the Settings app on your phone and tap Network
Select Wi-Fi
Tap the ⚙️ (Gear icon) next to the connected Wi-Fi network
Tap Share
A Wi-Fi QR code will appear on your screen and point the QR code at the BlueTap camera
BlueTap will automatically connect to the Wi-Fi network
iOS Devices (iPhone)
Open Settings
Tap Wi-Fi
Tap Show Network QR Code
A Wi-Fi QR code will appear and point the QR code at the BlueTap camera
BlueTap will automatically connect to the Wi-Fi network
