On the dashboard, tap <strong>My Business<\/strong>, then <strong>Dashboard<\/strong>, and check the business name at the top is correct. Tap the <strong>Account<\/strong> tab at the bottom. On the welcome screen, tap <strong>Login<\/strong> and enter that merchant email. Because this is the first time logging in on this terminal, request an <strong>OTP<\/strong> &#8211; a one-time code sent to that inbox &#8211; and follow the prompts to create your password. A personal email will not match the merchant profile.<\/p>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"aa-troubleshoot__card wp-block-epos-academy-troubleshoot-card\">\n\t<button type=\"button\" class=\"aa-troubleshoot__title\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n\t\t<span>The OTP never arrives<\/span>\n\t<\/button>\n\t\t\t<div class=\"aa-troubleshoot__body\">\n\t\t\t<p class=\"aa-troubleshoot__desc\">Check the spam folder of that mailbox, and make sure you can actually receive mail at it.
